Blythe Arrived At My House

I am very Pleased! I received Can Can Cat Blythe in the Mail! Yay!!! Thank you so much!
She was living in New Hampshire and made the cold journey down to Amherst Massachusetts.
I would have Blogged about her sooner but, I just started Substitute teaching and have been really busy.
She is quite a groovy doll and I love the outfit Cynthia made her! Thanks Again!

I am making her clothes. This is her Vintage Blossom Calico print Chinese inspired Spring Dress. message image As you can see she is making friends with the other dollies here. Snow Land for Vintage Fabric




Hi Folks we had more snow again so its out to do the shoveling again. This time I got Izzy to scoop a few shovel fulls but that didn't last long she would rather be making Snow angels and walking up my ponderous snow heaped mountains. Ice on the Driveway

Shoveling through the Ice to Get the Goods to the Post Office

Here we have My Partner Loren Shoveling through the ice to get the van out of the driveway. This could take all day long! Oh No it's too late the post office is closed! We will have to ship tomorrow! Yes folks we are struggling here in this Artic Tundra but alas, we always eventually prevail and arrive at the post office to deliver the goods, Just like Santa!

Hey Everybody, Happy New Year! Woo Hoo! We got another lovely Blizzard in the North East. Ahh Shucks My Belly Dancing Gig was Canceled Because of the snow, there goes my tips blowing out the window Wa Wa!

I stayed in this New Years made chocolate chip cookies clam chowdah and garlic bread.I also made eggplant with garlic and spinach with Indian Spices served over Basmati rice with a little sauted enoki mushrooms with carrots Yum!

My little "Chicky Bicky" Stayed in Her pajamas all day watching "High School Musical" Over and Over. Loren Played Flamenco on his hand made guitar. And me Well I made a pile of FABRIC COVERED BUTTONS! Instant crafting low mess gratification! That's the craft for me! So check out these unique buttons and just think you can turn them into magnets, hair pins, thumbtacks, ponytail holders, and fancy paper clips. The possibilities are endless.
